♦ the Arcadia is a living tribute to small-town picture shows by housing a community-based, mission-driven independent art house cinema;
♦ the theatre is used by the local community for live performance, cultural events, private affairs, and educational programs;
♦ Kerrville eventually becomes a regional center for film education, production, and enjoyment, orbiting around the Arcadia;
